The school will stay open for religious and civil holidays not listed, although some classes may not be in session. BIR recognizes the broad diversity of the religious beliefs of its faculty, staff, and students. To resolve conflicts that could arise from various observances, it is our practice that tests and major assignments should not be scheduled on other religious holidays such as Rosh Hashanah, Easter or Eid at the end of Ramadan. Students who inform instructors of an intended absence for a religious observation will not be penalized.
